                                                                                4th April, 2025

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We give glory to God for seeing us through to the end of the term/year. We appreciate you for your understanding, co-operation and support.

We also use this medium to bring to your notice the following:

RESUMPTION

Next term begins on Monday, 28th April, 2025. Parents/Guardians are advised to send their children/wards back to school on the day of resumption for academic activities which will begin immediately.

Parents should notify the school of any reason(s) why their child(ren)/ward(s) would not resume within the first 2 weeks as any learner who fails to resume within the first 2weeks of resumption would be deemed to have dropped-out of the school and may lose his/her admission status.

SCHOOL FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT

School fees slips have been attached to the result sheets of every child/ward and it is expected that you make full payment of fees at the designated bank on or before resumption (Monday 28th April, 2025). Duplicate tellers/Bank Printouts are to be returned to the school accounts office.

Please note that fees check would begin on the day of resumption.

25TH ANNIVERSARY/GRADUATION/SPEECH & PRIZE-GIVING DAY

As agreed at the last PTA General Meeting, 50% of the Anniversary levy has been added to the School Fees tellers of your Children/Ward for next term.

BUS SERVICES (optional):

This service costs N12,000.00 only per child per term. Payment of Bus fees is to be made at least one week before resumption, as only children who have paid would be picked up by the school bus.

(Note that this amount may be higher depending on the distance from the school).

SCHOOL UNIFORM/CARDIGAN/SPORTSWEAR

Children / wards are expected to have at least a pair of uniform each. Uniform is available in the school; any form of tampering with the design of the uniform/material will not be tolerated.

Also, students who do not have the school cardigan and/or sportswear are expected to obtain them by next term.

We also reiterate that the approved school footwear is black flat-sole shoe/sandals and not canvass or shoes of other colours.

RELOCATION RUMOURS

We also use this medium to clarify that any rumours about the relocation of the school are false and due to misinformation.

We would use our usual channels of communication (PTA Meeting, WhatsApp, circulars, School portal or SMS) to inform you of such relocation if ever it arises in the future.

PUNCTUALITY/SECURITY

We implore parents to send their children to school early – they are expected to be in school by 7:30am – as the school gate will be closed by 8:00am each day against late-comers.

Parents/Guardians especially of pupils in the Nursery and Primary section are advised to ensure that their children/wards are dropped within the school premises in the morning and picked from school after closing by a known person or relative introduced to the school.

Penalties for lateness in picking up children after closing hours (from 30 minutes to 1hour – N500/child & beyond 1 hour – N1,000/child; up to and above 2 hours – N1,500/child) are still in place as earlier communicated to you.

SCHOOL PHONE NUMBERS

School dedicated phone lines for inquiries and/or complaints are now available (07049797247; 09043342167) and will only be reachable from 9:00am – 2:00pm (Mondays - Fridays)
